systems unless expressly agreed in writing.
No guarantees are made regarding security outcomes, regulatory compliance, or risk elimination.
Clients remain solely responsible for implementation decisions, operational controls, and
acceptance of risk.
NO CERTIFICATION OR AUTHORITY
Yandeh Consulting does not act as a certification body, auditor, regulator, or compliance authority.
Any assessments or recommendations provided are non-binding professional opinions based on
information available at the time of review.
THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER
Yandeh Consulting may assist clients with evaluating, integrating, or coordinating third-party
cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
All detection, monitoring, and response services are delivered by third-party vendors. Yandeh
Consulting does not operate a security operations center and does not guarantee detection or
prevention of threats.
VENDOR RISK MANAGEMENT DISCLAIMER
Vendor risk management services are advisory only. Reviews, questionnaires, and scoring reflect
point-in-time analysis and do not guarantee vendor security posture.
Clients retain full responsibility for vendor selection, contractual approval, and ongoing monitoring.
CLOUD AND EMAIL SERVICES BOUNDARY
Guidance related to cloud platforms, identity systems, and email environments is limited to advisory
and configuration support.
Yandeh Consulting does not provide continuous monitoring, managed services, or uptime
guarantees unless explicitly contracted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 30
days.
Yandeh Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
